What is the legal basis for Reis Jewellery to collect personal data?

There are provisions relating to the processing or protection of personal data in Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 6502 on Protection of Consumers, Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce, and Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages. On the other hand, the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 stipulates some penalties for the handling and confidentiality of personal data.

In order to fulfill our obligations arising from the contracts we will establish with you within the framework of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts and to provide the best service, Reis Jewellery needs to process the personal data of our visitors, customers, and members.
